IHC Code is a unique code given to all eligible enrollees by the Integrated Health Care HMO
Enrollee ID is also a unique identification number given to enrollees by their organizations. Examples are: Staff no. or Application no. or Matriculation no, etc. Please note that this ID can only be used if Integrated Health Care HMO grants access to the organisation of this enrollee for this purpose.
